Blair Atholl Horse Trials
Blair Atholl International Horse Trials and Country Fair is Scotland's leading equestrian event. From 24th- 27th August 2023 Olympic medalists compete alongside amateurs in the four international show jumping event classes. The Bruader Country Fair runs along side the equestrian event on the Saturday and Sunday, it features displays of both traditional and more modern country pursuits.
Pitlochry Highland Games
Pitlochry Highland Games have been hosting competitors and enthralling spectators since 1852 Pipe Bands, Highland dancing, Tossing the Caber, Throwing the Hammer, Putting the Stone,Tug O' War, Track events, Massed ranks of all the pipe bands parade in front of Fishers Hotel. The Enchanted Forest
Buses leave from Fisher's Hotel to the Enchanted Forest, the magical annual sound and light show in Faskally Woods. The coach departure to the show leaves from the front of the hotel, and we offer great accommodation offers and family dining. The 2022 event will take place during the month of October
New Years Day Street Party
New years day in Pitlochry is no sedate affair. The famous street party attracts visitors from around Scotland as well as locals and tourists. With music and dancing in the street from 1pm, what better way to start the year. The street Ceilidh takes place right outside Fisher's and closes the road to make way for the impromptu dance floor.
